Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Australia): 3–8 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
Delays
Shipping times may be affected by:
- High order volumes
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
We are not liable for delays once the order has been shipped.
Tracking Orders
All orders include tracking where available.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please allow additional time before contacting us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will assess and offer a replacement if eligible.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Import fees
